Monday......
was AISC's chalet cum bbq at aloha loyang..
so...sally, shu ying n i went to sheng shiong n bought all the food n stuffs for the chalet..
i personally srsly, HATE chicken wing.
let alone bbq it.
PUH LEASE... everyone noes it's FUCKING irritating to bbq it.
thr's always tt lil dented n bended part tt can nvr b cooked,
UNTIL,
someone takes the first bite,
then say it's nt fully cooked n tear the mid joint n drumlet apart n throw it back to the bbq net.

so.......
we bought the chicken thigh?
it's jz a large piece of boneless meat,
bought 10kg of it,
chopped it up into smaller, leaner pieces for easier eating n bbq-ing, ;DDD
easier job for everyone,
n i can rly say, the 3 Ss had a gd time chopping, peeling the skin, cutting the fats off the meat,
n marinating them,
marinated them with 3 sauces separately,
Honey Hickory,
Honey Mustard,
BBQ sauce.
during the bbq,
had gr8 feedback frm the seniors tt the chicken was gd,
n we're rly smart to use boneless chicken parts instead of chicken wings tt is FUCKING horrible.
hahahahas!! so happy!! means it was a success~!!!! ;DDDD

sally n i didnt bathe...
n some of us tonned the nite..
watching tv...
but in the end, we did get some slp..
dozed off, slept bout 1 hr..

but overall, i think our batch did a gd job with tis yr's chalet.
i expect better frm the nxt batch, cuz they hav more hands. xD

oh ya........um............we 4gtten tt wenyi was graduating.......so................
